The Opportunity As Business Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the Emergency Relief and Support Directorate (ERS) Directorate's systems, including the management and coordination of system functionality and access. You will also be working closely with key stakeholders to identify business requirements and undertake quality assurance activities relating to business systems to ensure they are fit-for-purpose and aligned with industry best practice. The role also provides reporting and advice on other critical business information and reporting systems as required. As Coordinator Business Systems, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, effectiveness, and integration of the ERS Directorate's business systems. It supports the Emergency Relief and Support Directorate (ERS) Directorate by developing requirements, processes, and systems to better enable the business. Additionally, you will be providing high-level advice, support and expertise on issues relating to projects and programs relating to systems and business improvement in the context of workflows, processes, information management and reporting. The role manages internal and external relationships with key partners and service providers to identify and implement business improvements and system enhancements.
