About the Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Kurrajong First Contact team. As the NDIS Plan Management Administrator , you’ll work as part of a collaborative and supportive team to assist with tracking client budgets and managing client’s spending to identify and avoid any potential underspend, overspend or early exhaustion of plan funds. Your responsibilities will include: Update and maintain client profiles in our Client Management System – CTARS / Salesforce. Update and maintain client and carer contact details in our Customer Relationship Management system - Salesforce. Ensure that all clients have service agreements in place with third party providers and monitor the lifecycle of these agreements. Learn the NDIS guidelines, services and supports. Including updates and changes made to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
