The successful candidate will work as part of the Information Technology Team providing: quality administrative support information management support project meeting support finance support. The position provides general administrative, project and operational support to the Information Technology Team. This includes coordinating monthly progress reports, recording and distributing meeting minutes, coordinating meetings with internal and external consultants and staff, assisting with procurement processes, assisting with monitoring of the team budget, managing the timely payment of invoices, and records management for the Business Unit. Key responsibilities of the position include: Assist the Information Technology team to manage information through electronic record keeping systems, databases, contact lists and other information sources. Process purchase orders, and invoice processing and provide the Information Technology team with regular budget reports. Project finance tracking, assist the project managers in administrative tasks to ensure the success of projects.
