Challenge yourself & add significant value to the QantasLink Engineering team Ensure the continuing airworthiness of our Dash8 Fleet 2-year Fixed Term Contract, based at our Mascot Campus QantasLink Engineering keeps us at the forefront of aviation, caring and maintaining the QantasLink fleet. As Technical Services Engineer, you will work as part of a team involved with the continuing airworthiness management of a fleet of Dash-8 aircraft, ensuring timely management of all ADs, ICAs and any required modification projects. In addition, you will provide technical support to Engineering and Maintenance Operations to ensure that our aircraft operates at the highest level of safety, reliability, cost effectiveness and passenger comfort at all times. You'll have - Degree qualifications in Engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Avionics or related discipline), or equivalent experience (AME / LAME) Demonstrated Aviation engineering experience Familiarity with Civil Aviation and Safety regulations Advanced analytical skills and sound understanding of aircraft certification requirements Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks Strong work ethic with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations. Advanced Microsoft Office skills essentials and familiarity with MS Projects, Trax and/or Intelex advantageous Influencing skills that will see you liaising with stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver engineering solutions that meet customer expectations Excellent attention to details to review supplier designs and ensure aircraft certification and product design requirements are met.
