About the Role This position is primarily responsible for making local deliveries and to be an all-rounder for Capral Aluminium trade outlet. On the job training in all aspects of this role will be provided. Primary Responsibilities: Deliver orders using a company vehicle Operation of forklift with loading and unloading following all Capral Safe Work Procedures Support the distribution / sales team with customer enquiries and all Warehousing duties Pick / pack and load trucks to ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner Process stock and orders as per customer specifications Maintain a good knowledge of the product range and services provided in the distribution centre Participate in stock take when required Take full accountability for personal safety and well-being, develop an understanding of risk minimisation and be committed to achieving the highest possible standards for Safety, Health and the Environment (SH&E) About You You will be a self-motivated person who enjoys working in a high-performance culture. To be considered applicants MUST have: Essential: Be able to provide a clear and recent Drivers History Report Hold minimum of MR open drivers licence with no restrictions Be able to pass Police background check Ability to multi-task and prioritise Proven customer service focus Forklift licence Preferred but not essential Basic Computer skills Applicants must also be prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.
