Hutcheon and Pearce Finance Administration Manager Wagga Wagga | Shared resource Office Permanent | Full Time Hutcheon and Pearce are seeking a proven team leader to join our team as Finance Administration Manager. Leading a team of 7 you will be responsible for training and supporting your team, providing extensive guidance and ensuring smooth operations within the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking and General Administration Function of our business. Position Overview The Finance Administration Manager manages the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking and General Administration duties of Hutcheon and Pearce. They provide oversight of the entire Administration Function that will allow consistency and efficiency of policies and processes across the function. They will also provide administrative support across the Accounting Function of Hutcheon and Pearce. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Manages all accounting activities to ensure that financial processes and information are accurate, timely, and contain adequate internal controls. Meets as required with each Department and Branch Manager to keep them informed and to offer guidance, support, training and awareness on company policies. Reconciles and maintains Ledgers, including the General Ledger. Continuous review of policies and procedures to ensure best practice, efficiency and consistency. Organise and run Group Admin meetings when needed. Assist with budget preparation where required. Fixed asset management. Motor vehicle fleet management in terms of leases, finance, registrations, fuel cards, FBT logbooks etc. HAGP Accounting function. Including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, BAS, annual reconciliations and preparation of accounts ready for taxation accountants.
