Key responsibilities include: Consistently deliver high levels of guest satisfaction by providing personalised service and expert product knowledge Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our used vehicle inventory and pricing to assist guests with their purchasing decisions Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring profitability and guest retention Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing guests through effective communication and follow-up Collaborate with the sales team to promote the dealership and achieve overall sales goals You The ideal candidate will have: Proven track record of sales success in the automotive industry, with a focus on used vehicles Dynamic, driven attitude with strong relationship-building skills Financially motivated, with a passion for closing every deal and exceeding monthly sales targets Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve a target of 30 cars per month Highly personable, articulate, and able to quickly establish trust with guests to create lasting relationships Committed to delivering exceptional guest service and continuously exceeding expectations Computer literate with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
