Position Purpose Assist the Human Resources team by performing core HR and payroll administrative activities relating to the employee life cycle. The role will also support the fortnightly payruns for BNP Paribas Australia and New Zealand The role requires interaction with all employees internally as well external interaction with HR service providers. Responsibilities Payroll data entry for Australia & New Zealand payroll (new hires, terminations, maintaining accurate personnel data) Assist with the processing and running of fortnightly payroll function for Australia & New Zealand Assist with processing of terminations and manual payments Assist with Superannuation contribution/Tax payment with remittance to Fund administrator and reconciliation Management of communications and system (ESS) setup relating to new joiner onboarding Manage HR administrative activities relating to internal mobility, e.g., contract variation letters for role changes, management of reporting line/cost centre changes. Management of offboarding activities, e.g., inform local and regional team to terminate accesses, generate certificate of service Management of international mobility activities, e.g., arrange for relocation services, booking temporary accommodation Manage and monitor the Bank's block leave policy Answering general HR and payroll queries Processing contractor invoices HR and Payroll Reporting Filing and digitisation of the personnel files, payroll reports and archiving Support HR control activities, e.g., background screening Assist HR/Payroll Team with projects. What is required for you to succeed?
