About the Role In this role, you will accurately input and manage records of member details and subscription payments, and you will respond to enquiries and generate reports upon request. Additionally, to enhance the Union's reputation you will handle member queries with professionalism and efficiency. Duties include but are not limited to: Receive inbound/outbound enquiries relating to members' rights, entitlements, and personal procedures via phone and email. Ensure all membership data is inputted accurately and maintained. Input and reconcile payroll reports from employers. Produce payment summaries for tax purposes. Follow up with members to discuss membership fees and ensure all payments are on time. Deliver exceptional customer service, processing all queries effectively. Create and utilise spreadsheets, manage the CRM and conduct any admin or ad hoc tasks as required i.e. occasional receptionist cover. To be successful you will have: Experience in administration and/or data entry. Intermediate ability in Excel and tech-savvy. Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and process-driven. Excellent organisational skills and a high level of initiative. A collaborative, team player.
