Seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Coordinator/Teacher’s Aide (2IC) to join our team. This full-time role (9:30am - 6:00pm, 5 days a week) involves running afternoon programs and managing afternoon activities for the children. You will play a key role in ensuring a safe, fun, and enriching environment, while also supporting the coordinator in daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute engaging afternoon programs and activities for the children. Assist in the overall management of the childcare center, ensuring smooth daily operations. Provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children, fostering their development and well-being. Collaborate with the team to create a cohesive and positive atmosphere. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, building strong relationships and addressing any concerns. Qualifications: Diploma of Early Childhood Education. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to the needs of the centre and children. A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
