Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate FOB shipments in collaborating with Key Account Managers and relevant key stakeholders in HK and USA Working closely with Key Account Manager on all relevant activities to their accounts providing support for reporting and analysis on various points of data, order processing and key ranging activities Verifying EDI transmissions against SPS Commerce EDI platform for data accuracy Provide a high level of customer service, responding to any enquiries and prompt investigation of any sales order issues Liaising day-to-day with Retail Partners in relation to SOH and Replenishment Timeframes and order processing As part of the Supply Chain team; liaise with Transport providers, 3PL Warehouse and support the team in any additional required tasks Profile KEY REQUIREMENTS: Order processing and reporting experience with 3 years using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experience in liaising directly with major retailers in Australia ie. Target, Kmart, Big W Advanced experience with EDI systems Advanced Microsoft Excel and high-level proficiency in the wider Microsoft Office suite. FMCG, Toys or other similar industry experience Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey information to key stakeholders. Ability to identify solutions to customer issues relating to availability of stock and deliveries. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, to create a collaborative and supportive environment. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. High degree of attention to detail and accuracy. Efficiently multi-tasker, ability to prioritize workload and work autonomously.
