Duties To accurately record expenditure, revenue and other transactions in the financial management systems maintained by Crown Law. To reconcile creditors statements promptly and initiate follow up action in a timely and effective manner. To liaise with stakeholders and resolve any inquiries or issues relating to the processing of transactions in a timely manner. To provide advice to internal stakeholders on financial processing issues. To undertake purchasing functions and exercise a formal delegation. To provide routine administrative services relating to facilities, equipment, vehicles and processes as required. To assist the Business Services Manager and the Director Crown Law as directed.
