We currently have an exciting role for you to lead our City Assets Administration Team. The City Assets Administration Coordinator is an important role that delivers executive support to the Director City Assets while leading the administrative team in providing operational support across the various functions of the entire City Assets Department. This professional support aids in the provision of exceptional customer service for a broad range of services, projects and customer enquiries. Key responsibilities of the position include: Provides confidential and professional administrative support to the Director City Assets and the City Assets department, prioritising tasks in accordance with their requirements. Manages the Director City Assets’ diary including high level liaison with external parties and the community to coordinate activities Provides effective leadership and direction to the City Assets Administration team through continuous development of a motivated, cohesive, and committed team environment with a clear vision and focus Assists with the preparation of Council reports, presentations, and correspondence to support the work of the Director City Assets The successful applicant will have: Experience providing senior executive level support Leadership experience focused on managing a productive, agile, high performing team is desirable Experience in preparation of correspondence and reports, including reviewing and providing drafts for consideration A qualification in Business Administration or a related field is desirable More information can be found on the Position Description located below.
