Lead Structural Engineer opportunity in Maroochydore and Team Lead role with a civil and structural consultancy with offices across the East Coast. TalentWeb is looking to speak to experienced Structural Engineers who have a desire to lead a small team of drafters and engineers on the Sunshine Coast for a Principal/Lead Structural Engineer opportunity. In this role you will be responsible for: Managing projects from concept to completion; Managing mid-level & senior engineers and drafters; Controlling quality, budgets, and targets for various projects; Providing QA and sign off on commercial, residential and publid domain projects in the region; Account management of existing clients with little cold business development required. We're seeking candidates with the following: 10 years' experience working as a Structural Engineer in Australia, ideally in QLD; RPEQ and CPEng ideal but not a necessity; Prior experience leading a small engineering and drafting team; Confidence liaising with clients and previous experience working on mid-rise steel, concrete and timber residential and commercial buildings for private developers and public sector clients.
