Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support. Conduct property appraisals and market research. Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers. Negotiate and close real estate transactions successfully. Stay updated on market trends and property values in the Patterson Lakes area. What do you need? Proven track record in real estate sales, ideally with franchise agents. Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. Ambitious, self-motivated, and a team player with a passion for real estate.
