About the role As an AGL-owned company, Connectnow specialises in helping Australians transition their utilities into their new homes by providing a range of services including connections for electricity, gas, internet, phone, insurance, pay TV, and more. Located directly above Southern Cross Station in Melbourne, our modern and bright office is extremely easy to get to and offers a dynamic and fun contact centre environment. We are currently hiring for multiple full-time permanent positions commencing Monday August 19th with flexible work arrangements including the option to work from home 2 days per week after the training period. The role includes occasional paid overtime shifts on Saturdays (9am-1pm) once every six weeks. As a Connectnow Sales Agent, you play a crucial role in ensuring our customers consistently receive high-quality service during one of life's most stressful events - moving home Your primary responsibility is to establish rapport with potential customers, educate them about our range of services offered through our panel providers, and highlight the benefits of using our service to efficiently manage their utility connections whilst they settle into their new home. Your commitment to exceptional customer service and effective sales closing skills are essential. To date, we've assisted over 1.5 million individuals with their home moves, simplifying the process by addressing all essential moving needs in a single call. You will have the opportunity to earn a competitive salary (OTE $80,000) along with a commission structure that rewards performing agents with an additional $1,500 -$5,000 in commission per month. We are looking for individuals who value customer satisfaction and are passionate about leading the way in providing exceptional service to join our team as Sales Agents at Connectnow Key Responsibilities: Sell multiple products and upsell customers based on their needs Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain a high NPS score Work with multiple systems concurrently, varying in complexity and purpose Exhibit the highest level of professionalism when dealing with real estate partners and external clients Provide accurate information and advice to customers by adhering to our regulatory compliance and quality assurance measures Requirements: Prior experience in a sales focused position, which can include retail or hospitality.
