The Role This is the ideal opportunity for an up and coming Coordinator looking to get started without delay As someone excited to get started in their career and learn more on the job, you will have the opportunity to upskill yourself in a friendly, supportive, and driven to deliver results workplace. The role is a 6 month parental leave cover. Our successful candidate is super organised with strong administration skills to provide administrative sales support and campaign coordination for the SBS Media audio sales team. Whilst this role is based in Sydney it is a role that works virtually across Victoria and NSW supporting our teams across locations. Reporting into the Group Sales Manager, this role will see you: Providing support to a busy and proactive sales team: this includes administrative duties, creating sales schedules for Audio, TV and Digital campaigns; assisting in putting together sales proposals, presentations campaign documents for clients. Collaborating with internal stakeholders from our Audio Content, Brand Partnerships, scheduling and interstate teams to preempt upcoming needs and ensuring the requirements are in place to set them up for success. It is a requirement of this role that incumbents are vaccinated with at least two doses of an approved Covid-19 vaccination. We do however have a medical exemption process and we would be happy to discuss your application should this be applicable to you. About you As our ideal candidate you are eager to learn more and join us with a collaborative mindset, capable of working autonomously as well as part of our team. It is highly desirable that you have experience using the IBMS booking system. Polite and confident communicator with well-developed written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills to uphold customer service delivery in a demanding deadline driven environment. Detail oriented outlook to ensure consistency and quality results. Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities with proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite to prepare general correspondence and also be keen to learn new software packages.
