Responding to enquiries via phone and CRM Export data to Excel spreadsheets Manage and report using Excel and their CRM system Extensive data entry General administration support The Requirements: To be successful for this role you must possesses Strong proven experience in a similar role Experience with MS Dynamics a definite advantage Intermediate MS Excel skills Ability to work effectively unsupervised Strong initiative and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills.
