Our client is seeking a motivated Infrastructure Projects Engineer to join their team. Working with one of our local councils located in St Peters, you will play a vital role in driving the success of the business with focus on significant infrastructure projects. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Manage interactions with external agencies including Westconnex, Sydney Metro and projects. Keep all external agencies updated on the progress of applications Monitor the progress of works including site meetings Coordinate and attend traffic coordination meetings, and other meetings between Council, Sydney Metro, Westconnex as required Contribute to the development, review and management of Council's Road and stormwater infrastructure. Ensure successful development, acceptance and implementation of strategies and programs The Successful Candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience: Possess tertiary qualifications in civil engineering or asset management Demonstrate experience in project management and contract management Demonstrate highly developed computer literacy skills Possess strong communication skills (written and verbal) Hold a current Class C drivers license Have knowledge of the public sector financial management and budget processes Have sound experience in design, maintenance and construction of civil infrastructure Working knowledge of the Roads Act, Councils powers and duties as a Roads Authority How to apply Please apply via this ad or email you resume to cody.mannersexcels.com.au
