The Database and Applications Administrator is responsible for the overall management and maintenance of the College's databases and applications. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in SQL, database security and performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and support the Colleges School Management System SQL Database and integrated applications Create, develop, merge and maintain databases across the College Evaluate complex information coming from a variety of sources Develop and maintain Power BI, SSRS and Crystal reports Extract data, create reports, analyze usage patterns, develop dashboard queries in collaboration with key stakeholders Develop database application frontend forms on Synergetic and Synweb (training will be provided) Develop and maintain application settings and structures Develop, manage security principles and access to applications Provide application training Perform regular application maintenance, updates, and upgrades to ensure that the applications are running smoothly This is an ongoing part-time 0.6 position.
