We are seeking a suitably experienced Risk and Compliance Administrator to join our College Risk and Compliance team on a part time, ongoing basis (0.53 FTE). This position is responsible for providing a wide range of Risk and Compliance administration duties with discretion and confidentiality. The days and hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 2.00pm. Key responsibilities include: Assist with administration and support of the Risk & Compliance and Occupational Health & Safety Management systems Support the Risk and Compliance Manager with VRQA Victorian standards and collating required evidence to ensure the college maintains compliance Support the Risk and Compliance team in recording and maintaining compulsory professional learning records in EMS360 Ensure the Contractor Management system is current and contractors are meeting college induction and entry requirements Support the review and completion of contracts and agreements in conjunction with the Diocese contracts team Assist with Internal Staff and Student Surveys, data analysis, and report creation Support the Risk and Compliance Manager and College staff with risk management requirements for all aspects of the Learning Program and College activities, excursions and events. Participate in on-site reviews of locations before or during events as required Provide cross-campus assistance to the Risk and Compliance team with site audits and corrective action management Provide support to the Risk and Compliance team with everyday queries from teaching and non-teaching staff The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes: Minimum 1-2 years of an administrative assistant or equivalent experience in a similar role Experience or qualifications in Risk and Compliance/OHS desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commitment to Professional learning and growth Excellent planning and organisational skills and the ability to multi-task Excellent computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and Sharepoint Ability to manage, sort and interpret large amounts of data Strong time-management skills Ability to work in a dynamic team with varied tasks Interpersonal skills to relate professionally with students, staff and stakeholders Understand and follow relevant College policy and government legislation Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and as part of a team An understanding of and commitment to Catholic education A commitment to Professional learning and growth Why work at St Francis Xavier College?
