As a Contract Administrator Coordinator, you will provide essential support for contract administration, contribute to the development and ongoing management of contracts, and oversee the accounting functions for projects. Your role will involve assisting Contract and Project Managers with their daily responsibilities, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, verifying contractor invoices, and participating in contract variation assessments. You will maintain the contract administration system, provide advice on contractor performance, and participate in dispute resolution processes. Additionally, you will support the administration of contract completion processes and collaborate with the PTA's Procurement Branch to prepare tender documentation for high-risk and complex work contracts. In this dynamic role, you will be required to establish effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders. As a leader, you will foster a positive team environment, provide technical advice, and mentor junior staff. Additionally, you will conduct research, analyse project plans, develop capital expenditure proposals, and undertake other tasks within your skills and training. Strong financial and project management skills, including the ability to manage change effectively and deliver agreed outcomes. Proven leadership and management experience, with the capacity to mentor and coach others and efficiently manage resources. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to plan and prioritize competing work commitments to meet targets and deadlines.
