We now have an exciting opportunity available for ServiceNow Product Administrator to join our Transformation and Technology in Sydney or Brisbane on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting directly to the ServiceNow Product Owner, this role is responsible for delivering business analysis services in line with project requirements and schedules, typically spanning multiple projects. The Senior Business Analyst (BA) will be involved in all aspects of system and business analysis, including root cause analysis, as well as the identification, documentation, and justification of solution requirements. Key Responsibilities Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform (Utah release). Maintain the stability and usability of the platform across production and non-production environments. Perform application maintenance, including performance monitoring and error identification and remediation. Lead upgrade planning and execution. Manage instance security, including user/group access administration and access controls. Provide configuration assistance to developers. Improve platform health and security. Act as the primary support contact in the ServiceNow Hi (Support) portal. Liaise with internal teams and project team members as required. Collaborate with ServiceNow developers as needed. Your background ServiceNow System Administration certification. Experience with Utah and Vancouver releases. Minimum of 8 years of general ServiceNow experience, with at least 3 years in administration. Strong ability to communicate information effectively and appropriately to senior managers and business stakeholders. Excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills.
