They are now on the lookout for an Accounts and Administration Officer to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis working in their Charlestown office across 3 days. You’ll be responsible for: Carrying out accounts payable and receivable functions Processing payroll for around 20 staff including timesheet management Preparing and collating reports Administration support for projects Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders Essentially you’ll have: Prior experience in a similar role doing accounts and admin Proactive, flexible approach and a strong problem-solving ability Strong systems knowledge including the MS Office Suite and Xero Happy to work autonomously, but willing to collaborate when required Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal What’s in it for me?
