About the Role As a key member of our Organisation Design & Strategy (OD&S) Team, you’ll play a critical role in our Workforce Strategy & Transformation (WS&T) Group. WS&T are trusted advisors and delivery partners to T&C and the business, through a strategy led, data informed, and people enabled approach to workforce strategy and transformation. The role can be expected to lead or support large transformation projects and programs in the disciplines of Organisation Design, Operating Model, Business Architecture or People Streams of M&As (either pre-post-deal). Below are the opportunities available: Consultant What your mission includes: delivery of diverse, large scale workforce people initiatives What your day looks will involve: Co-designing workforce transformation solutions as part of our team Utilising best practice frameworks, methodologies, processes and toolkits to support timely and seamless project delivery Senior Consultant What your mission includes: Leading a stream withing a broader program of work to design and deliver diverse large scale workforce people initiatives What your day will involve: Collaborating with your stream and across your broader team as well as across the bank to design and execute people solutions (e.g. organisation design, location strategy execution) Engaging with business leaders, T&C BPs, T&C, cross-functional leads and other key stakeholders to deliver the initiative Project Lead What your mission includes: Leading a team to design and deliver diverse large scale people initiatives What your day will involve: Collaborating with your team and across the bank to design and execute people solutions (e.g. execution and delivery of integration or separation activities) Engaging and closely partnering with business leaders, T&C BPs, T&C, cross-functional leads and other key stakeholders to deliver the initiative What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Depth and breadth of experience in at least one of the OD&S core capabilities Organisation Design, Operating Model, Business Architecture or People Streams of M&As (both pre-post-deal) Experience in leading or delivering in teams to execute business change including key stakeholder management along the journey Experience in project and program management, including governance, issue and risk management, stakeholder management, supporting budget, resource and scope management Demonstrated strong consulting, problem-solving skills, being able to diagnose root cause problems and determine solutions. Technology savvy and data literate You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
