Duties Provide a wide range of administrative and clerical functions, including reception services and management of files and electronic records. Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Investigation and Conciliation Officers during complaint handling procedures. Provide administrative assistance to the Training and Education Officer and the Community Engagement & Education Officer. Assist with the continuing development of administrative procedures, templates and publication materials, as required. Maintain the office stationary supplies and prepare minutes of staff meetings. Undertake administrative projects under the instruction and guidance of Business Services Coordinator. Desirable Requirements Business Office Administration Certificate or similar qualification.
