As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RTO Administration Officer to join our team. Job Description: As an RTO Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of our training organisation. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that support the delivery of our training programs and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with Trainers to prepare and process student files throughout the student life cycle. Ensure integrity of all student and client details on databases and paper files. Track, manage and report on enrolment attendance, statistics, and other training data. Update and rectify errors in data. Respond to training and enrolment enquiries. About You: Previous experience in administration or a similar role, preferably within an RTO or education setting. Familiarity with ASQA standards and Government funding requirements is highly desirable. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a data processing or similar role (preferable) Attention to detail ensuring compliance with data integrity.
