About the role: As an Administration Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the hotel's administrative functions. With exciting renovations and developments underway, this is a perfect time to join the growing team. Fantastic opportunity for an individual who is organised, proactive and project-oriented to join the existing friendly team. Key Responsibilities: Managing daily administrative tasks, responding to emails and handling correspondence Assisting with small banking items such as invoicing and quotes Supporting the management team with organising meetings and responding to enquiries Project and product research Contacting suppliers for product information and quotes Maintaining up to date business and finance records using Microsoft Excel Selection criteria: Previous administrative experience, hospitality experience a bonus Excellent communication and time management skills Strong Microsoft Excel skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team To be considered for this position you must hold or be willing to obtain a valid police check from the last 12 months.
