Tasks and Qualifications: Your responsibilities: Plan and direct the sales activities of South Australia, ensuring the development of our existing sales team is prioritised in line with our corporate objectives. Lead regular sales meetings and manage the adherence to our sales processes for the team, ensuring their activities are aligned with our objectives. Oversee and approve the commercial viability of all proposals from the team. Develop business plans, order intakes, budgets and forecasts for the team, ensuring focus is placed on new business development and market share growth. Liaise with key stakeholders throughout the sales process to ensure confidence in the process, product and our brand. Pursue new and used equipment opportunities with current and potential customers, ensuring achievement of your required sales targets. Become conversant and knowledgeable in all equipment specifications, features, functions, benefits, unique selling points and commercial arguments to ensure the customer receives the right solution. Demonstrate our equipment to customers to showcase our solutions on an interactive level. Requirements for success: 5 â 7 years of sales experience â MHE, capital equipment, heavy trucks, large installations desirable. High levels of time management, interpersonal and people management skills are necessary. Excellent communication skills across a variety of audiences, both written and verbal. Commercial understanding of various business concepts including sales, cost of sales, gross margin and profit is necessary. A confident user of the Microsoft Office Suite â Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word; and Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
