About the role We have an exciting role to join our P&C team as a Digital Designer, working closely with the Learning Technology Manager and Capability Manager. The role requires a continuous improvement orientated team player, who loves working in partnership with other members of the cross-discipline team to ensure that solutions are cohesive and in line with the target learner experience. What you will be doing: This role provides outstanding digital instructional design expertise to create content and solutions that maximise the impact of learners' digital learning experiences Conduct learning analysis and identify the audience and unique learning needs and requirements for digital programs to enable program design Provide digital design SMEs across the team to advise on when digital interventions should be used and design considerations to get the best impact from them As required, work with external vendors on design and development of projects to learning outcomes and in line with the look, feel and narrative of other learning across the business Conduct high level and detailed learning design as needed specifying the outline of the learning objectives, content as well as delivery, measurement and sustainment plans etc. Develop digital and virtual content as per design You'll also have experience: Designing or developing digital learning solutions. Using ADAPT, Articulate, Vimeo or equivalent digital authoring tools. With Learning Management Systems or Learning Record Systems. Partnering with external vendors to ensure quality outputs.
