About the Role We are seeking a customer service & administrative support superstar to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative & customer service support to the Hanrob College (RTO). The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service ethos, organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently. Permanent Part-time, Hybrid role working 30.4 hours (5x6hr days preferred, but flexibility can be discussed) per week; with at least one day per week in our Heathcote Head Office, and the balance able to be worked from home. Must be available to work Fridays. Opportunity for additional hours during peak College periods. Responsibilities: Supporting student database management. Being the initial point of contact for student & business enquiries. Providing College Student support services, largely through online and phone enquiries. Contacting councils, pet companies, etc, to offer training support and course sales. Support students/trainers with uploading course evidence into the system. Finding locations for student work placements & coordinating placements. Help organising training workshops. Processing student enrolments. Processing payments/Invoicing. College SMS & SMS systems maintenance & trouble shooting. Ensuring compliance is maintained through reporting. About You Be available 30.4 hours Per Week (days flexible) Must love Animals 1-2 years’ experience in an administration support role, ideally in a customer service environment, RTO experience adventitious. Self-motivated with proven ability to complete tasks and achieve goals without direct supervision. Be customer-focused and able to achieve positive outcomes for both customers and co-workers. Experience in an administration support role. Ability to work calmly & independently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional time management and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & can easily adapt to new systems. Have very accurate administration skills & a high level of attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Be a friendly team player with a positive attitude. Have a current driver's licence and own a vehicle to easily get to work when required (public transport is very limited). Permanent, unrestricted work rights in Australia.
