Working alongside your Managers, you will be encouraged to succeed and prepared for long-term career progression with detailed and thorough training. And the key to your success will come from you: your hunger, your communication skills and your understanding of how to build client relations. You will have a proven history of big-ticket sales and be from a commission driven background. Each customer you approach will be an opportunity to make a lasting impression. You will have a passion for interiors, styling and all things furniture as well as an eye for detail and colour palettes. You will be able to give clear examples of consultative and challenging sales where you have used skill and negotiation to close the sale.
