The Role This newly created role is to support the sales team in all things marketing and administrative activities, with a major focus on social media presence, website improvements and general promotion. Day to day responsibilities will include: Handling all social media platforms with regular marketing content Website management Develop any sales brochures, flyers, price lists etc. Produce quotations for customers on behalf of the sales team Book and plan for exhibitions Monitor sales and service inbox and action accordingly General support and assistance to the sales team You To be considered for an interview, you will possess the following: Previous experience in a similar role Be savvy, knowledgeable and creative with social media content Quick to pick up ERP systems and procedures with sound MS Office Suite skills Strong communication skills - both written and verbal Well organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills What's on Offer Full time, permanent opportunity Work close to home in Dandenong South Well established and successful manufacturing business 8am-4.15pm, M-F Friendly, easy-going team with a social twist Want to know more?
