In Our business we are working together to shape a brighter future with sustainable coating solutions for all markets across the world. We are on the look-out for a National Sales Manager. In this role you will be accountable for strategic account management across all distributors within the Decorative segment. The key responsibility of the role is to maximise sales and product ranging across distributors in line with Wattyl's overall strategic sales plan, and to ensure the re-sign and retention of agreements with distributors. As the National Sales Manager you will: Develop Strategic and Annual Growth Planning for each account Engage with key stakeholders and customers to develop and implement commercial operating marketing plans Work collaboratively with the field sales leadership team to ensure plans are communicated and implemented effectively and consistently through the field sales teams Recommend competitive market pricing through regular data collection, monitors competition: advertising, assortments via Major Accounts channel. Demonstrate and role model passion for safe working behaviours and attitudes, ensuring there is a strong safety culture within the Region. Take immediate action to address unsafe behaviour and report all incidents appropriately. Ensure sites are a safe and healthy environment for all customers, staff and contractors In order to be considered you will have: A minimum of 5 year's Sales and Retail management experience (Area Sales and Retail Management highly desirable) A track record in generating revenue and business development with the ability to increase sales through up-selling and promotional initiatives Strong financial management skills Experience Negotiating terms and pricing with customers Ability to perform market research in various areas presenting information to both internal and external stakeholders Experience working within a dynamic and physical retail environment An eye for detail with the ability to solve problems and lead change Wattyl a part of Hempel knows that a great business needs a Fantastic team, this is only possible with dedicated employees with diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
