The centre is close to public transport and offers free secured onsite parking. The team have ongoing support from their Area Manager, Centre Leader, Assistant Centre Leader and Educational Leader. Thrive, Blakehurst is close to the water and a peaceful park which makes for a calming spot to enjoy breaks during the day. About The Role We have an opportunity for an early childhood educator with a diploma qualification to join the team in a part time capacity, working Thursday & Friday. We are looking for someone who is professional with experience in assisting with planning and programming for children up to 5 years of age. You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged Your main responsibilities will be to: Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues. Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team. Maintain effective communication with parents/carers. Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.
