We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Manager to lead and motivate a diverse team across multiple locations in Australia and New Zealand. The role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers, ensuring all requirements are met, and providing professional and technical support to achieve business performance objectives. We are looking for someone who can ideally start in the next month, but are willing to wait for the right candidate if needed. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage 5-6 Customer Service Representatives, whilst ensuring customer service targets are met • Track daily service performance, manage monthly reporting, and drive improvements as required • Communicate service requirements, status, and performance effectively • Conduct inventory analysis and manage any aging inventory • Monitor system performance, as well as implement any improvement initiatives • Promote the company's image as an industry leader • Provide support and advice to other departments as necessary • Ensure efficient processes are consistently adhered to • Support business-wide initiatives focused on customer understanding • Develop a thorough understanding of all business products About You: • Ideally, you have a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or Sales • Around 10 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, distribution, or logistics management is preferred • Great time management and communication skills • Knowledge of manufacturing markets is a strong advantage • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams • You have a positive attitude, with a friendly and polite manner • Experience with supply chain systems and project management • Strong attention to detail Benefits: • Flexible Hours • Career Progression Opportunities • Join a Global Industry Leader • Mobile Phone & Laptop Provided • Onsite Parking • Birthday Day Off • Extensive Training Provided To apply online please click on the appropriate link and send your resume in WORD format.
