The opportunity: As a Sales Representative for this business, you will employ creative sourcing techniques to proactively engage new business opportunities. This role emphasises cold calling to strategically acquire new clients, re-engage with past contacts, and manage existing accounts. Generating new business is the primary focus of this position within the organisation. Working for a small business that supports each other's success means you will have transparent annual targets (an outcomes-based target), ensuring clear earning potential with consistent goals. To be successful in this role you will Have experience in cold calling to generate results. Excel in building fast rapport over the phone with current and prospective clients. Showcase resilience in all that you do, as setbacks and repetitive tasks are common. Thrive in a collaborative environment where team members support each other rather than compete. Be driven to achieve excellent results and maintain high levels of productivity. Here are the perks: Above industry standard base salary of $70,000 super uncapped commission based on results. OTE $80,000-$90,000 annually. Work-life balance in a Monday to Friday position. Flexibility offered in work hours between 730am and 6pm, well suited to parents.
