Your part in it This role focuses on enhancing processes using our ServiceNow platform. It involves administrating, developing, and delivering ServiceNow solutions to boost efficiency and accuracy in GRC and IT support, helping us transform and meet our evolving business challenges. What you'll put into it Configure ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (GRC) and ITSM based on business and process requirements, as well as related administration of modules Manage general updates and configuration changes with minimal or no disruption to GRC / IT operations Testing of new developments and platform upgrades to the latest ServiceNow version to ensure deployments are successful and that there is no user impact Build solutions to meet business requirements (catalogue items, business rules, policy/scripts, custom tables) Build strong relationships within the immediate ServiceNow team and work collaboratively on projects What you'll bring to it ServiceNow certified System Administrator Strong relationship building skills, business acumen, a strong customer focus, analytical intelligence and innovative thinking Understanding of key IT services including Service Desk, Infrastructure Support, Application Support, Compliance and Risk management principles Prior experience in dealing with third-party vendors / solution partners Understanding of ServiceNow IRM is essential and an understanding of general GRC principles would be highly advantageous Join us to make a difference in the energy sector and grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
