Salesforce Administrator (Sunshine Coast) The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for proactive administration to maximise the business benefit of Salesforce applications and integrations. The Salesforce Administrator will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare services and revolutionising how we interact and collaborate with our community, partners, and service providers. Working closely with our cross-functional team, you will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to various stages of the Salesforce deployment including implementation and administration to support improved primary health care. The successful person will: Support CCQ to deliver its Salesforce including requirements gathering working with internal and external stakeholders to implement in configuration. Provide advice on Salesforce native design and architecture. Contribute to system and data governance including maintaining registers and documenting data flows and processes. Configure and maintain Experience Cloud, and Digital Experience applications. Maintain Salesforce Objects, Attributes and Flows. Develop and maintain documentation of configuration and data complying with governance requirements. Apply and maintain security controls including conducting user access reviews. Deploy new technology including configuration and end-user engagement. Perform data management including periodic reviews of data consistency and completeness.
