Salesforce Administrator (Sunshine Coast) The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for proactive administration to maximise the business benefit of Salesforce applications and integrations. The Salesforce Administrator will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare services and revolutionising how we interact and collaborate with our community, partners, and service providers. Working closely with our cross-functional team, you will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to various stages of the Salesforce deployment including implementation and administration to support improved primary health care. This role focuses on system optimisation, benefits realisation and supporting end users to maximise the value derived from Salesforce. An attractive remuneration package, including salary packaging. Achieving this will require CCQ as a commissioning organisation to not only focus on primary health service provision but also on the environmental, social and cultural determinants of health which support communities to live their best lives. CCQ’s diverse region covers 161,108 km2 from Sunshine Coast to Rockhampton and west to Emerald. The population in the region is just under one million people with around 68% living regionally or remotely and more than 28% living in the most disadvantaged quintile. CCQ collaborates with the community to provide exceptional primary healthcare services to reduce health inequalities for the region. CCQ has seven key priorities for health improvement: mental health, alcohol and other drugs, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, population health, health workforce, digital health and older person’s health. The successful person will: Support CCQ to deliver its Salesforce including requirements gathering working with internal and external stakeholders to implement in configuration. Provide advice on Salesforce native design and architecture. Contribute to system and data governance including maintaining registers and documenting data flows and processes. Configure and maintain Experience Cloud, and Digital Experience applications. Maintain Salesforce Objects, Attributes and Flows. Develop and maintain documentation of configuration and data complying with governance requirements. Apply and maintain security controls including conducting user access reviews. Deploy new technology including configuration and end-user engagement. Perform data management including periodic reviews of data consistency and completeness.
