An internal move has created a rare opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join our Regional Assets team based at our Bohle depot. This role will initially be offered on a fixed-term basis for 5 months. In this role, you will provide a comprehensive range of administrative support services to ensure the efficient operation and success of our team. Key duties include, but are not limited to: Deliver a wide range of administrative support to the unit as required, including word processing, presentation preparation, spreadsheets and diary management Coordinate meetings and conferences, including venue bookings, arranging attendees and equipment, preparing agendas and minutes, and managing some travel and accommodation arrangements Manage divisional requirements including SAP input for payroll and finance, payment of invoices and petty cash Effectively communicate with management, staff, suppliers, and customers to maintain a productive and harmonious team environment This role will be ideal for people who possess the following: Substantial level of skill in providing administrative services and support including payroll and purchasing Substantial level of organizational skills Substantial level of skill in the use of contemporary office software, including Microsoft Office and SAP Substantial level of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills You will be an adaptable individual who is able to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Your outstanding stakeholder engagement skills and your ability to prioritize your workload in a fast-paced work environment will be paramount to your success in this role.
