Rare opportunity to join a large Financial Services business based in Melbourne The Opportunity A large financial services business is seeking an experienced Applications Administrator (Dynamics & Microsoft Suite). This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including configuration, maintenance, and access management of Microsoft 365 services, Dynamics and the Power Automate. Key Responsibilities Support and administer Microsoft Dynamics while collaborating with third-party suppliers to improve system use, educate users, and bring the system to life. Support staff in utilizing applications and resolving problems as they arise. Provision and review access to M365 applications. Assist in streamlining business operations using Power Automate. Oversee the Microsoft Teams application as a Teams Administrator. Offer technical guidance while collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with the Technology Team’s strategic objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and methodologies concerning M365 applications. About the Candidate Proficient in the use and administration of applications within the M365 suite. Expert knowledge of Power Automate and PowerApps. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive company information responsibly. Creative thinker capable of devising customizations and uses for all M365 applications. Strong knowledge of the software development industry and experience in delivering user-centric solutions using the M365 product suite. Excellent communication skills and a team player. Ability to translate technical jargon into simple terms for explanatory purposes. Efficient time management and multitasking abilities. Capable of understanding technical/business concepts and expressing them to others in simple language.
