They are seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to step in and support 3 fee earners in Class Actions/Insolvency. You will work with a fantastic, well known firm who pride themselves on their culture. This firm are known for their great culture and supportive environment. Everyone chips in where needed to ensure the smooth running of the practice group. Typical responsibilities will include: - Diary management Preparing and amending legal documentation Preparing, drafting and submitting court documentation Preparing briefs to counsel Liaising with clients, answering calls and filtering messages Drafting correspondence and letters File management including opening, closing and archiving files Billing General personal assistant duties About you: To be considered for this opportunity, you will have previous experience as a Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary / Personal Assistant in a law firm. You will be organised, proactive with good communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.
