You will be responsible for contracts administration, financial forecasting, procurement, writing detailed scopes of work, cost reporting, progress claims, variations, EOT's, NOD's, RFI's. Your role as a Contracts Administrator will see you become an integral part of the team and this role provides a genuine opportunity to showcase your skills. YOUR Experience Previous Contracts Administration experience within the Building industry, preferably 2 plus years You will be passionate about the industry and enjoy working as part of a team Commercial Construction experience is an advantage You will be a collaborative communicator and have the ability to negotiate and build rapport with stakeholders Degree or Diploma qualified (or equivalent experience) within construction management A thorough understanding of Contract Law principals & construction specific Acts, codes and Regulations Self-motivated with a can-do attitude Strong IT knowledge and experience using Procore is a must for this role.
