You'll serve as the point of contact for general inquiries, orders, warranty claims and tech-support, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your Core Responsibilities will include : Provide friendly, empathetic and efficient service to customers via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using our CRM system. Promoting a positive brand image through WOW service, going above and beyond with every customer interaction. Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions. Expectation to continually grow in mastering product & technical knowledge Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
