About the Role: This role is responsible for supporting the State Manager and Sales Team with generation of new business revenue along with managing existing distributor relationships, specifically for growth with key stakeholders in New South Wales. Responsibilities: Identify and actively seek out new potential clients through various sales channels Develop long term, sustainable trading relationships with identified key end user accounts in NSW Develop a sales contact plan direct marketing, and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects including and not limited to Food distributors, Key end users and strategic retail customers Representing and demonstrating Brands/Products at Tradeshows events Work closely with key internal departments to identify appropriate “go to” market strategies and messaging for specific business sectors Understand the potential customers’ needs and work with the key decision makers to develop a tailored menu solution to generate sales Forecast and track account metrics for assigned territory Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Report on assigned territory accounts and advise on variances from target Requirements : Must have strong experience in Sales in Food Service industry or with Seafood. Strong experience dealing with multiple levels of large “Core End User” Ability to work autonomously. High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite. High level of communication skills both verbal and written. Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
