You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating across the business to achieve success. During your two-year program, you will have two six-month rotations within Design with another two six-month rotations in Development and Project Management respectively, providing you with an opportunity to apply your Design experience to these two key functions. Responsibilities are varied; however, you'll support the team to: Prepare reference Design schemes/masterplan and yield assessments for acquisition feasibility or briefing purposes. Contribute to the project scope, design and delivery to achieve the project vision. Assist in design consultant selection, briefing and engagement. Undertake project design reviews for compliance with brief, benchmark specifications and minimum standards and valuation creation. Management of internal/ external stakeholders and deliverables. Develop strategic initiatives to scale, manage and guide design outcomes and ESG target delivery. Research and analysis. Support the delivery of programs to ensure forecast settlements are achieved. Monitor the market and competitor activity to maintain a competitive position. Participate in a team approach to maximise profitability, information exchange and business outcomes.
