The opportunity The Board Administrator sits within UniSuper's Office of the CEO and reports into the Head of Company Secretariat and Company Secretary. You will ensure the efficient operation of the Board and committees through effective administration and coordination of meeting logistics, Director administration and broader administration support to the Company Secretarial Team. Key responsibilities include: Planning and prioritising the day to day work such as diary management, travel and accommodation bookings, invoices and purchase orders Providing administrative support for all Board and Committee meetings, including booking venues, catering and equipment and producing documentation for meetings Maintaining and managing corporate records and documentation with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality Updating registers Co-ordinating IT support for Directors Strong stakeholder engagement with Directors, Executives and EAs About you We are looking for a critical thinker who has the ability to pivot between navigating key yearly activities whilst also managing the day-to-day administrative tasks. As the successful candidate you are exceptionally organised and proactive with the ability to pre-empt and plan around business and industry rhythms and act accordingly. We are looking for a professional who thrives in an environment of change, who can act without direct instruction and is excited about supporting a key business function. In addition, you should ideally be able to demonstrate: Experience supporting Board members or Senior Leaders within superannuation, financial services or a large corporate group Outstanding organisational skills including an ability to set priorities and work to deadlines High level of emotional intelligence with the ability to think strategically and understand core objectives High level of confidentiality with the ability to manage sensitive data Continuously looking to improve processes and ways of working Self-starter with a desire to take ownership and provide exceptional service and support The US way UniSuper believes that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
