About the role As a Medical Receptionist, you will act as the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings of procedures, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles. Our successful candidate will demonstrate the following: A consistent Patients First focus A genuine passion for helping people Organisational skills The ability to multitask in busy situations A high degree of computer literacy Attention to detail The ability to work within a team of health & medical professionals High level communication skills with the ability to converse with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds This position is offered on a temporary part time basis covering a period of parental leave. We envisage the candidate commencing in the role in September 2024 for a period of up to 12 months. The position consists of a 7.5 hour day, currently working every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, providing a total of 45 hours per fortnight.
