Human Resources are the custodians of the employee lifecycle - from acquiring talent, through to leadership development and training, design, internal mobility, advising on employee relations, and delivering remuneration and benefits programs. Your team The pace design team is a newly created team, built as the PACE (agile) model is rolled out CBA wide. You will work as part of this small and close knit team as the organisation continues to grow and evolve in this new way of working. Your role You will be partnering with senior stakeholders across the businesses and take a consultative approach in the design of what Pace looks like going forward. You will develop a deep understanding of businesses needs and requirements, working with stakeholders and leaders in approaching design across the group and building capability at a leadership level. Responsibilities will include: Coaching Partnering with the business around what the next phase of Pace looks like. Contribute and/or lead iterative design engagements Coach key stakeholders in organisational design principles and support design & facilitation of OD COE partnership solutions to lift capability Review and identify opportunities for continuous improvement & optimisation of Pace Your experience We are interested in hearing from people with: Experience in a HRBP capacity Experience with organisational design in a large, agile environment Curiosity and passion for continuous improvement Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Ability to manage risk affectively Experience with using data insights to uplift change.
