As a Specialist Experience Designer, you're constantly trying to innovate and improve. This Specialist Experience Designer role will see you solving complex and highly visible problems across CommBank's digital platforms to help Australians achieve their home ownership goals. See yourself in our team Our team is comprised of designers, researchers and accessibility experts. You will be part of a high performing and talented team supporting CommBank's Home Buying business which sits in the Experience Design Chapter which will support you to grow your design capabilities. This role reports to an Experience Design Chapter Lead. Where will you go? If you live the values and demonstrate the people and digital capabilities we can offer great opportunities for progression. As a natural step this role can progress to a Senior Experience Designer role overseeing broader projects and portfolios. Your skills and experience You are an enthusiastic problem-solver with excellent verbal and visual communication skills. You're good at: Visualising solutions through the creation of wireframes, design mockups, journey maps, process flows, prototypes etc. Discovering and communicating user needs and solution opportunities Helping to define initiative scope, goals, and deliverables with cross-functional teams and leadership Presenting and justifying proposed solutions and articulate design decisions with team & stakeholders Utilising design research to help inform and improve user experiences Specifying high quality interaction design, using & contributing to design systems and working with engineers to implement high quality solutions Working with cross-functional agile teams to support delivery of great user experience from conception to launch Great stakeholder management and influencing skills Sound commercial acumen and strong communication skills Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe suite, etc) and motivated to learn new tools and techniques Please include a portfolio demonstrating UX process, low and high-fidelity design skills, outcomes delivered with your application.
